Overview

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting financial reporting processes. This role works closely with leadership to maintain accurate financial records and efficient workflows.


What You'll Do

  • Support monthly reporting process by performing account reconciliations, accruals, and other period-close functions.
  • Participate in the preparation of quarterly client royalty statements and related accounting entries.
  • Assist with monthly sales tax filings and other reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with other Accounting staff to execute and oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable and Receivable according to the company's standard operating procedures.
  • Create and maintain records of the company's sublicense revenue and related data.


Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Netsuite or other ERP systems preferred.
