McLean VA Pay From: $33 per hour MUST: Experienced Digital Marketing Specialist Experience in social media marketing for home services, remodeling, real estate or construction Strong experience with Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Ability to grow both paid results and organic presence Experience converting audiences into consultation bookings Clear communicator focused on practical results DUTIES: Digital Marketing Consultant to manage and improve our social media presence and advertising across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Google. Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns for kitchen and bath renovation Manage ad budgets and continuously improve performance Test different creatives, captions, offers, and audiences Use retargeting to increase consultation bookings Recommend posting strategies that build trust and brand awareness Ensure ads and landing pages clearly communicate the service Improve lead capture forms (email and phone) Track paid and organic performance across platforms Report on leads, consultations, and follower growth Explain results clearly and simply Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
