Growing together The Digital Paid Media Specialist, Paid Social & Display, will play a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This position focuses on paid social and display (including programmatic), assisting with strategy development, campaign setup, daily performance monitoring, QA, reporting, and ongoing optimization for both B2B and B2C initiatives. Working closely with marketing partners and internal stakeholders, the specialist will help ensure campaigns follow brand standards, align with best practices, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of hands-on experience in programmatic and paid social from a client, agency, trading desk, or ad tech environment, with solid knowledge of digital tactics across paid social, display, video, and native advertising. Experience leveraging 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-party data is essential, along with solid tracking and analytics expertise, including Campaign Manager and Adobe Analytics. This role is well suited for someone with a solid foundation in paid media who is eager to continue growing their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while driving quality execution and performance. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
