Business Solutions Team Coordinator

• Coordinate BST activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing summaries.
• Serve as central point of contact for BST members and partners.
• Identify businesses with hiring needs and track referrals, services, and hiring outcomes.
• Support development of business service plans involving incentives, tax programs, labor market information, and other workforce tools.
• Conduct outreach to businesses, chambers, and economic development partners; maintain employer relationships; support marketing materials and digital communications.
• Participate in industry/sector partnerships to identify workforce challenges and inform coordinated service delivery.

• Knowledge of WIOA and EQUUS contract goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect with diverse populations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software.
• Professional communication, appearance, and conduct.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; five years in sales/marketing.
• Effective oral and written communication; skilled in interviews and meetings.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong computer and internet skills; able to recruit and engage customers.
