Privileged Access Management Operations Engineer-1

Job Description:

We're actively seeking a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Engineer who will be responsible for the delivery of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) products and capabilities required to support the enterprise infrastructure and business line applications. In this role you will implement and support the PAM strategy and corresponding roadmaps considering the corporate strategy, industry security trends and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate and coordinate with other IT leaders, technologists and support staffs to ensure the requirements are clearly defined and established timelines are met. Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the PAM products and services showing increased adoption, speed to market, and resiliency.

This is a fully onsite role in either our Newport Beach, California or Charlotte, North Carolina office.

How you'll help move us forward:

• Serve asa Privileged Access Management Engineer

• Support program strategy and multi-year plan incorporating all parts of PAM: scan/discovery, remediation, lifecycle management, password rotation, password vaulting, just in timeadministration

• Design, develop and troubleshoot PAM solutions with the ability to provide technical and architectural design documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases,requirementsand testcases

• Work collaboratively to create solutions that drive full automation, self-service, andresiliency

• Eliminateduplicative capabilities where possible, reduce complexities, and leverage enterprise standards and industry bestpractices

• Define best practice and development of troubleshooting processes, methodologies, standards,alertsand reporting from PAM platform(s) to beleveragedfor operational monitoring

• Identify,manageand remediate existing or future risks, issues, and roadblocks fortimelydelivery

• Partner with internal technical teams ensuring the strategy and roadmapsarewell understood whilemonitoringsuccessful implementation

• Lead change, by acting as change agent, to use skills andexpertiseto inspire a shared purpose of intent, drive awareness, communications, documentation, andtraining
• Experience with enterprise password manager solutions (such as Keeper) to support secure credential storage

The experience you bring:

• 10+ years Information Security experience, with strong focus in IAM PAM platforms (e.g.Delinea, CyberArk,Netwrix)

• Detailed knowledge and experience in enabling new, migrating to, and/or managing an enterprise PAM platform based on best practices.

• Detailed knowledge and experience with automating PAM processes byleveragingout of box capabilities and custom buildconnectors / APIs.
• Hands-on experience with PAM across multiple infrastructure operating systems including Oracle & MS SQL databases, Windows, and Linux.

• Knowledge and experience of Just-in-Time Administration and Zero Trust.
• Ability to leverage programming languages to build custom automation and tooling that enhance PAM efficiency and reliability

• Experience with Agile methodologies and corresponding Agile based tools.

• Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to shorttimescales.

• Ability todemonstratecontinuousimprovement.

What makes you stand out:

• BA/BS in Information Systems, ComputerScienceor related field

• CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications and knowledge of ISO and NIST security standardspreferred

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
