We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Associate Director of Loans. Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Associate Dean, Loans & Outreach, the individual in this role will provide leadership, oversight and supervision of loan team and daily operations to ensure the timely delivery of federal and private loan programs. Preferred Education: Master's Degree Preferred Skills: Knowledge of USC financial aid programs, plans and systems as well as external programs and policies. In addition, the successful candidate must also demonstrate, through ideas, words and actions, a strong commitment toUSC's Unifying Values. The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,445.00.
