Financial Analyst 2 New Hospital at Parnassus Heights Full Time 88271BR Job Summary This position reports to the Finance Manager and works directly with the Sr. Financial Analyst. This position will support Major Capital Projects, ensuring financial compliance and adherence throughout the construction of a new hospital. This role will be responsible for reviewing consultant invoices, travel expense reimbursements, and payment applications to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Additionally, the role involves creating work orders, purchase requisitions, and conducting labor rate reviews. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction finance, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage financial processes in alignment with the Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA). In addition, this role applies organization policies and procedures to resolve a variety of complicated issues. Works on financial services problems of scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $39.67 - $57.79 (Step Hourly Rate). The department's approved salary range for this position is: minimum $43.80, midpoint $48.36, and maximum $53.40. The project follows an Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA) contract, utilizing an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method, bringing together thirteen signatory members, including builders and designers.
