Position Title:Manager of Syndicated Loan Operations Business Unit:Operations Reports to:Director of Loan Operations Position Overview: This position plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating a team that oversees syndicated loan transactions for FNB. The incumbent oversees the end-to-end life cycle of the syndication process, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all syndicated deals. Additionally, you will be responsible to work with stakeholders on due diligence, structure, negotiations, closing, servicing, reconcilement, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a manual processing environment. Primary Responsibilities: Manages the end-to-end syndicated loan process, including due diligence, structure, negotiations, closing, servicing, collateral perfection and release, reconcilement, audit confirms. Coordinates with internal and external partners to facilitate streamlined transactions. Oversees all syndication documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Maintains relationships with syndicate members, investors, and other stakeholders involved in the syndicated deal transactions. Oversees administrative agent function for all syndicated relationships. Ensures proper flow of information and funds between borrowers and investors to include manual remittance generation and reconcilement. Develops, motivates, and trains staff to build a knowledgeable, strong, and team-oriented department. Fosters an environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and open communication. Guides the team to support their professional development and growth. Collaborates with senior management to develop and implement strategies to enhance the syndication process and execute the strategic operational goals of the organization. Meets or exceeds processing goals while providing consistent service to borrowers, lenders, investors, and all internal partners. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
