TheElectronic Payments Analyst Iis responsible for processing of incoming and outgoing electronic payments in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and banking regulatory compliance.Ensures all tasks are completed timely and accurately relying on knowledge and understanding of departmental processes and service level agreements. Collaborates professionally in a team environment and with other line of business partners to ensure customers are provided with the highest level of service.

• You will analyze electronic payment system data and ensure all work remains balanced.
• You will adhere to strict deadlines by following established payment procedures and regulations.
• You will continuously review and adjust data to meet operational and customer requirements.
• You will troubleshoot system issues and resolve errors promptly.
• You will coordinate with external partners, including the Federal Reserve, to resolve payment issues and escalate when necessary.
• You will communicate with stakeholders regarding new business, customer concerns, corrections, and urgent requests.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an associate's degree with 2-4 years of experience working in electronic payments, accounting, banking, or other comparable environments. Basic knowledge of related Federal, State, and Industry standard regulations.

• Basic knowledge of electronic payment systems
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles to understand debits/credits and settlement
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office Products, 10-key
• Good interpersonal skills including oral and written communication, problem resolution, and customer relation skills
• Working knowledge of Bank Operations preferred
• General knowledge of applicable Federal and State regulatory compliance: Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Assets and Control, Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and Sarbanes Oxley, Reg E, UCC4A
