Shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Mon - Fri + OT

These are the qualifications that matter.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including 3+ years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse systems, and process improvement
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Six Sigma certification and bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety
• Manage and develop a team of supervisors, managers, and warehouse staff to meet operational goals
• Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and workflow
• Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accuracy and proper stock levels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to guide decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes and distribution activities
• Coordinate with leadership teams to support company growth and operational goals
