Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.55 per hour

Shift:

1st Shift 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday (OT often going in at 5 AM)\

2nd Shift 3 PM - 11:30 PM | Monday - Friday pm (OT often staying until 1:30 AM)

3rd Shift 11 PM - 7:30 AM | Sunday - Thursday (OT occasionally on Fridays)

What It Takes

• 1 year minimum of machine operator experience in an industrial/production environment
• Good with mechanics, tools, and troubleshooting
• Attention to detail, steady under pressure
• Able to lift heavy and power through the day
• Dependable, safe, and team-focused

Daily Responsibilities

• Set up (computer-controlled) and operate a multitude of Carbide Presses.
• Load and offload inserts from multiple presses
• Gage inserts to ensure proper dimensions
• Scope inserts to verify visual characteristics
• Pull samples and record inspection results in computer systems
• Select and weigh Tungsten powder for pressing into green inserts
• Separate scrap from good inserts and document accurately
• Scan the correct production information
• Maintain tooling used in machines, resurfacing as needed
• Operate other equipment as needed
• Operators are required to troubleshoot moderate problems
