As a Production Worker in Lebanon, you'll help keep production strong and steady. It's hands-on work that builds skill and confidence with every shift. Join a team where effort gets noticed, and results matter.

Production Line Ready

• Diploma or GED - show you've done the work
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse is a plus
• Lift (up to) 50 lbs and stack product safely
• You're good with your hands and can be "on-the-go" the full shift
• Keep it tight, stay safe, and back up your crew

Your Day at the Plant

• Sand metal body areas to properly prepare surfaces for painting
• Inspect, clean, and assemble metal parts before beginning restoration work
• Identify and remove small pits, dents, and dimples from metal body panels
• File, grind, sand, and smooth repaired or filled surfaces using hand and power tools
• Mix polyester resins and hardeners to repair damaged metal areas
• Follow supervisor's instructions regarding which parts should be repaired or replaced
• Maintain project timelines while ensuring high-quality surface preparation
• Handle materials carefully to protect the finish and structural integrity of products
• Operate hand sanders and other job-related tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety procedures
