Position: Sr. Delivery Manager (Google Cloud)

Job Duties:

1. Design and implement cloud-based enterprise management solutions for client companies using google cloud platform products, including google kubernetes engine, google compute engine, cloud sql, and stackdriver. work with clients and company technical teams to understand client support needs and derive technical requirements.
2. Map existing enterprise architecture, databases, programming interfaces, and application servers and identify weaknesses, redundancies, and risks in existing it solutions as well as opportunities to optimize workflows and improve the security, latency, scalability, and stability of database, vm, and network systems.
3. Apply in-depth technical knowledge and reengineering methodologies to scale current technology platforms and develop new technology standards.
4. Direct work activities pertaining to cloud systems management, back-up, user help systems, data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
5. Implement strategies to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software application, transport & network issues.
6. Oversee the management and administration of the google cloud platform (GCP) and provide support for GCP services including services like computer engine, app engine, cloud, and kubernetes.
7. Support sales representatives to educate existing and potential clients on how to incorporate the companys products into their architecture and derive business value.
8. Position is based out of Chandler, AZ HQ but telecommuting is permitted on case by case basis.

Job Requirements:

Education Requirements:

• Masters degree in Computer Science, or closely related.

Experience Requirements:

• 12 months of experience in job offered, Consultant II (Google Cloud), Consultant I (Google Cloud), Enterprise Support Technician, or closely related.

Special skills requirements:

1. Designed, implemented, and optimized enterprise solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery for scalable, secure architectures.
2. Led cross-functional teams in planning, prioritizing, and executing cloud migration and application modernization projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to best practices.
3. Oversaw incident management and problem resolution for critical GCP workloads-coordinating root cause analysis (RCA), implementing preventive measures, and maintaining high service uptime.
4. Developed and integrated cloud-native applications with existing enterprise systems, applying API-driven design and microservices principles to improve scalability and performance.
5. Mentored junior developers and support engineers, promoting coding standards, operational excellence, and GCP infrastructure best practices across the team.
6. Monitored and optimized application performance, analyzing logs and metrics to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and reliability risks.
7. Created and maintained detailed technical documentation, including design specs, API references, and operational guides for customers and internal teams.
