*Description*
Licensed Insurance Sales Agents play an essential role in helping customers safeguard what's most important to them. As key members of our team-our Game Changers-you will respond to inquiries from both customers and agents, providing clear, accurate, and efficient support on a wide range of property and casualty policy and billing matters. In this position, you will handle service issues, document customer needs, and complete policy updates that require an active insurance license. Support may be delivered through both inbound and outbound communication channels. *Skills* sales, insurance, Customer service, Customer support, Microsoft office *Top Skills Details* sales *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Minimum Requirements *1 + year of sales experience (customer service is a bonus) *Active resident license to sell P&C insurance *Verifiable High school diploma or GED *Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge *Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills *Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00/yr.
