What You Can Expect

Develop boot code for SOC devices that formulate the root of trust. Verify the functionalities in both simulation and emulation. Develop boot media and security drivers. Implement different drivers to support functionalities. Maintain and verify state machine for a secure booting process based on ARM processors. Adopt best in class practices to improve quality. Participate in debugging/release and documentation activities. Work with security tools for preparing images. Conduct verification across FPGA, emulation, and development boards. Use debugging tools such as scopes, debuggers, and trace view software. Wage $144,000.00 - $154,000.00 per year.

What We're Looking For

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
Experience must include three (3) years with each of the following:

* Micro-architecture, computer systems, (SoC) architecture.
* Embedded system software/firmware design and software debugging.
* Low-level software programming skills in C and C ++.
* Common embedded boot media such as USB, UART.
* Designing and interfacing of embedded microcontrollers.
* Debug and analysis of equipment such as oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers and other common hardware lab equipment.
* Using source control such as Git, ClearCase and SVN.
