Your Team, Your Impact

As a key CAD member of Marvell Central Engineering, you will play a leading role on developing next-generation automated design flow and its add-on tools. You will have the opportunity to use your extensive design and CAD knowledge to participate in defining the whole organization's design infrastructure, methodology and workflows.

What You Can Expect

Manage and maintain EDA tools licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization. Oversee the computer resources, including servers and storage, to support EDA tools and workflows. Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of EDA tools. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to EDA tools and infrastructure, providing timely resolutions. Implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline EDA tool management and resource allocation. Evaluate and recommend new EDA tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on EDA tools and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for EDA tools and infrastructure processes. Wage $157,000.00 - $158,000.00 per year.

What We're Looking For

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following:

* EDA infrastructure management or a similar role.
* EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics.
* Scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Shell.
* License management tools and techniques such as FlexLM, daemontools.
* High-performance compute management tools such as UGE, LSF, and SLURM.
* Designing, developing, optimizing on-premises infrastructure using csh, perl, python.
* Documenting infrastructure in Confluence.
* Performing benchmark testing with Cadence Spectre and QRC, Mentor Calibre.
* Infrastructure helpdesk using Jira, Grafana, AWS IAM console.
