Sr. Client Implementation Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Side Client Implementation Project Manager - must have Medicaid, PMP and PBM/Healthcare experience. Remote position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Minnetonka, MN. This is an 10+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $65-70 per Hour w-2

This role provides overall program oversight for a large-scale project within the FFS Medicaid market. Will be responsible for client status reporting, risk and issue management, and collaborating with workstream project managers to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex programs, remove roadblocks, and present updates to stakeholders.

• Provide overall program oversight
• Manage client status reporting (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
• Collaborate with workstream project managers to input updates to the overall program
• Identify, document and mitigate risks and issues
• Upkeep project scope, project plans, and workplans
• Oversee project performance
• Act as the primary point of escalation
• Manage the RTM and conduct RTM validation sessions
• Work with SMEs on the workplan efforts and critical path
• Help remove roadblocks and escalate appropriately
• Present stoplight updates

Requirements:

• PMP certification is required
• Demonstrated experience with Medicaid- would prefer experience with FFS (Fee for Service)
• PBM experience
