We are in search of a Facilities Maximo Planner/Scheduler to support Kent and remote site facilities. The Facilities team is chartered with evaluating customer requirements, effectively planning the space, supporting occupation and maintaining the current industrial and office spaces. As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will share responsibilities for planning and scheduling maintenance for facilities infrastructure and equipment, including major systems (HVAC, sprinkler and fire detection, security, lighting control, electrical, communication, plumbing, uninterruptible power supply, compressed air) and other critical equipment across multiple buildings and locations. Competitive candidates must be able to work independently and have a depth of experience managing maintenance of industrial and office facilities. This position is crucial to ensuring seamless operations around mission-critical events, driving our commitment to safe and repeatable space flight forward. Responsibilities:
