  • Drive cross-functional alignment across GSC, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Units, Finance, and Legal to remove constraints and accelerate supplier readiness
  • Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships and commercial agreements (e.g., long-term supply, capacity reservations, co-investment, and exclusivity where appropriate) that enable mutual growth and improved supplier performance
  • Monitor and assess global supplier market dynamics (capacity constraints, sub-tier fragility, consolidation trends, and geopolitical/export risks) to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or Finance

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international, as required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading or supporting M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, or vertical integration strategy in manufacturing contexts
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality/production frameworks (e.g., AS9100, APQP/PPAP concepts, special process controls) and supplier quality systems
