You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital | Your benefits virtually (mybenefitsjhhs.com) Summary: The Performance Improvement Advisor for the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is responsible for facilitating the identification, implementation, and ongoing measurement of complex projects which improve the effectiveness and quality of health care. The advisor consistently applies improvement methodology coupled with change management strategies to projects to design new systems and processes well while re-engineering existing processes and systems to improve operations and safety. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in project management, ideally with experience in process improvement methodologies in a healthcare or service industry. Licensure/Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher required, or the ability to obtain certification within nine (9) months of employment. Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of data analytics experience, or demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis, is preferred Salary Range: Minimum 33.70/hour - Maximum 53.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
