MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:Vocational or other post-high school training. Training and Experience: Qualified as an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) LevelII(Security+ desired)in accordance withDoD8140 and AFMAN 17-1303. Desired Experience: One year of experience on government computer networks. General Skills:Must be able to prioritize tasks,possessexcellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly organized, ability to handle multiple tasks, high analytical ability, be detail-oriented, and work with little to no supervision. Security Clearance:Current security clearance of "TopSecret" or above. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide client and system support to contractors, government civilians, and active-duty personnellocatedat Creech AFB. Work with local CS and ESD inmaintaininghardware and software applications and technical support. Systemsmay include network or server infrastructure in addition to software/hardware applications management, andservices. Site liaison for LMS application. Coordinate with Learning Management System Integrators in supporting LMS applications. Focal point for help desk matters concerning LMS configurations, training, and troubleshooting problems. Perform other incidental and related duties asrequiredand assigned. SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY None
