PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for the performance of all work and has full authority to act for CTI on all contract matters relating to the daily execution of the MQ-9 CAT/CWD contract.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:Vocational or other post-high school training.

Training and Experience:Previousexperience as an Instructor Pilot.Five (5)years'experience in unmannedaircraftsystems preferred.Minimumfive(5) years'experience in project management andin a senior-level management position.Experience should include responsibility for a specific contractual effort of $15M or more. Supervisory experience of a minimum of 15 direct reportsrequired.

General Skills:Mustpossesshighly developed organizational, planning, and management writing skills, oral communication skills, project management skills, ability to scheduleworkflow, prioritize, delegate, meet deadlines, and be multi-task oriented.

Computer Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Security Clearance: Mustmaintaina "TopSecret" level security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Manage contractor oversight for all AAI, CWD, ISR, and MCA/SRP functions at the assigned location.





  • Serve as the local focal point for government concerns on contractor performance and integration withgovernment operations.





  • Maintain and enforce contractor performance to meet the standards of this PWS.





  • Provide ancillary support asrequired





  • Scheduling Airspace.





  • Scheduling MQ-9 training for students.





  • Monitoring training progress.





  • Planning and oversight of training activities.





  • Coordinating with the flight management branch to ensure instructor and student flight activities areaccurately reflected.





  • Scheduling government and contract instructors to support the training schedule.





  • Attending meetings (planning, scheduling, etc.) regarding MQ-9 training.





  • Attending all 11 ATKS, 16 TRS, 49 OG, 160 ATKS, 108 ATKS, and 174 OG staff meetings, or anyappropriate localmeetings as required by the local COR and/or local GSMEs, asrequired.





  • Assistin the performance and assignment of collateral duties.





  • May perform IRC instructor duties IAW paragraphs 1.2.1., 4.2,and per workload data specified in Appendices.





  • Preparetraining aids, attend safety meetings asrequiredtomaintainalevel of safety (ground, range, flight, etc.) tooperatein the military environment; build statistical data related totraining; and setting up andmaintainingequipment such as classroom equipment.





  • Perform other incidental and related duties asrequiredand assigned.
