We are actively hiringEngineering Process Consultants - Systems Engineering & Sustainmentwith TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia to Provide end-to-end Engineering Support & Sustainment to Sponsor programs.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Collect, validate, and analyze customer requirements; develop and maintain traceability between user and component-level system requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve effectiveness or efficiency through the adoption of new applications, technologies, and techniques.
  • Support the analysis and evaluation of related legacy business processes, the design of improved processes, and the efforts necessary to substantiate the new processes.
  • Support integration of security processes and architectures to address customer component, Agency, and IC Information security issues and concerns as needed for supported projects.
  • Assist components with achieving Approval to Operate (ATO) for certification and accreditation activities Support the management, planning, and organizing of activities to accomplish program cost, schedule, technical, and mission objectives.
  • Assist in defining and developing internal and external communication requirements, to include attending meetings and developing reports and presentations.
  • Assist in preparation and management of artifacts associated with implementation of policies and standards associated with legal policies and standards generated by the Sponsor.
  • Interface with users to gather and disseminate field and technical user feedback.
  • Facilitate the generation of accountability and visibility tools to status pedigree, lineage, and provenance of data to meet Executive, Agency, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in and provide recommendations at Data Quality, Data Acquisition, and User Working Group Meetings relative to Information Security, Network and ISSM approval, and Insider Threats.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Familiarity with Sponsor technical communication systems.
  • Level:
    • Bachelors degree with 8 years of Intelligence Community support, or 12years with no degree.
  • TS/SCI with polygraph
