Pay Range: $95,000 - $135,000

Job Summary:The Manager, Finance for BI & Analytics is to provide leadership and proactive business partnership in support of the US Finance team in financial systems and analytical tools. This individual is responsible for the evaluation of analytical tools and processes, improvement projects to drive capabilities and efficiencies, and education within the finance team to foster continuous improvement. The position will also work closely with similar teams in the sales and operations functions to drive consistency across the organization.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Serve as subject matter expert for the finance team in PowerBI, OneStream, and any emerging systems and tools.
• Primary liaison with IT and other BI teams within the organization to ensure the inclusion and standardization of the necessary data in the company MDW.
• Develop analyses and data visualizations in partnership with the embedded finance support teams.
• Create reporting and data definition standards to streamline decision making.
• Develop education and continuous improvement standards to advance finance team capabilities in key systems and tools, particularly PowerBI and Onestream.
• Manage relationship with 3rd party provider Ventagium, balance project list and prioritization on behalf of finance team, and ensure accountability to project scope and timelines.
• Recommends and develops policies, procedures and systems to meet company objectives.
• Recommends and leads new efforts to improve ROE / ROI performance.
• Builds, develops and manages finance team capable of carrying out needed initiatives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Finance.
• Professional certification is not required but encouraged (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, etc.)
