Position Summary: While operating under limited Supervision, our Welders are required to set up and operate robotic welders, hand welding equipment, and grinders. Essential Functions:

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
Language Skills: Ability to read, writes, verbalize and comprehend instructions and correspondence at the highest levels in the English language. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other team members. Conflict resolution skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and customer service skills. Mathematical Skills: Must have basic math skills equivalent to education requirement. Higher skills may be required depending on actual job duties. Physical and Visual Activities: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, balancing, stooping, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, acuity far, acuity near, depth perception and field of vision. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is continuously standing, repetitively grasping and using fine manipulation with the hands. The team member may be frequently required to walk, squat, bend or twist as well as repetitively push or pull. The team member must be able to lift 50-70 lbs frequently. Machines, Tools, Equipment, Software: In addition to the machines, tools, equipment, and software required as described in the job description for their primary function, this position requires use of phone, personal computer, fax machine, copy machine, other office equipment, and Microsoft Office.
