Legal Billing Specialist

Seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist with advanced Aderant Expert experience. You will work closely with the billing and accounting teams to assist with billing operations during the transition and ensure accuracy in legal financial data.

• Support the billing team
• Perform legal billing functions using Aderant Expert
• Manage billing processes including e-billing and invoice processing
• Assist with accounts payable support as needed
• Troubleshoot billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal billing standards
• Collaborate with billing, accounting, and leadership teams throughout the conversion process
