Job Description

We are currently hiring for our next Business Analysis Co-Op in the Seaport District of Boston. This position is from July-December 2026.

What You'll Brew:

The Business Analysis team is the mission control support structure for the Boston Beer Company sales force. You will be responsible for supporting the team in a variety of ways, including:

National Account Support - On/Off Premise (approx. 70%)

  • Manage the intake and completion of Call Point requests via Zendesk for the National Account On and Off-Premise teams

  • Manage the On-Premise Draft survey process

  • Learn & leverage syndicated data to create compelling selling stories for the sales team

  • Assist with updating and creation of PowerBI dashboards utilized by sales force

  • Assist in call point management (KARMA database)

  • Assist in ongoing reporting requirements

Geographic Team Support (approx. 30%)

  • Assist in ongoing reporting requirements

  • Providing trend analysis for geographic sales team

  • Other sales team related ad hoc analysis

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program

  • Valid Social Security Number needed by first day of employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred fields of study are business, marketing, finance, or economics

  • Experience working in an office setting

  • Expert level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Experience working with or supporting a sales team is helpful

  • Team player

  • Ability to communicate with remote stakeholders

  • Students 21+ years of age

  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future
