What you will experience in this position:
Joining nVent Management Company as an Assembler, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your skills will shine! You will:
- Assemble insulator assemblies with precision.
- Clean straps on final welded pipes to ensure flawless performance.
- Assist in the final cleaning and assembly of conductors, contributing to our world-class standards.
- Maintain daily workstation schedules to keep our operations running efficiently.
- Clean tee, elbows, and tanks for final weld or test sets.
- Prep particle traps and backup rings to ensure outstanding quality.
- Assemble and leak check cones for reliability.
- Swage all kv class insulators to meet our strict standards.
- Maintain and operate the wash rack efficiently.
- Assemble bushings while carefully inspecting each component for accuracy.
You have:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Proven skills in teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
- The ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of a manufacturing position is required. This includes standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various conditions.

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $16.30 - $30.20 Per Hour
