Job Summary
The Sr. Director of Nuclear Business Development is responsible for developing and growing business through strategic M&M alliances, projects and specialty services within assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Market and sell all ECM services to customers. Formulate capture plans and strategy to optimize success and maximize revenue. Determine the proposal strategy and support proposal preparation for all work bid, to customers. Take the lead negotiating all cutomer contracts. 30%
- Supervise a team of P&I BD Directors/ Manager/Specialists covering various market segments, to assist in meeting sales goals, while maintaining and growing customer relationships. 20%
- Develop and actively maintain strong relationships through the customer organization, from the user level up to the executive level at both the sites and corporate offices. 20%
- Gain a complete and thorough understanding of the customer's Business Goals & Objectives and 5-year plans for major projects. 10%
- Support site and corporate ECM operations as required to remove roadblocks to optimize success, minimize non-performance issues, manage conflict and maximize contract profitability. 10%
- Maintain an active and current database of key client contacts, company information, press releases and personal information. Document significant client meetings, business development activities and opportunities. 10%

- Ability to clearly and concisely convey technical, financial, and contractual information to all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, orally, via the written word and through presentations.
- Solid overall knowledge of the nuclear power industry
- Ability to juggle completing priorities in a fast pace environment
- Ability to supervise, mentor and coach BD Director and/or Manager to assist in growing assigned region and client base.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in engineering, business or related field; or equivalent working experience Required
- 10+ years 10 - 15 years of progress sales/business development experience. Required and
- Long cycle sales experience that carried a sales goal of at least $15 Million/year. Required

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $70,880 - 106,320. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
