Title: Ethics & Compliance, Engagement & Insights Lead

Reports to: Director, Ethics & Compliance

Location: Remote eligible

Work Schedule: Fulltime, M-F

Relocation: No

Travel: 10%

About the Position:

Terex is seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our Ethics & Compliance team. Terex is a leading manufacturer of specialty equipment across many industries, including the trucks that haul your waste and recycling, the aerial working platforms you see at construction sites, and the material handling machines often spotted at ports, to name just a few.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the digital tools that facilitate and ensure our team members compliance with Terex policy, utilizing data from those systems to identify trends and areas in need of attention, and leading the E&C Team's efforts to communicate key messages to all our team members around the globe. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with outside-the-box thinking, and a passion for promoting an ethical culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Development & Oversight of Digital Infrastructure

    • Drive development of digital tools to (1) facilitate compliance with E&C policy and procedure; and (2) collect data relevant to assessment of Terex's risk profile.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliance tools are effective and user-friendly.

  • Data Analytics & Insights

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret compliance-related data to identify trends and emerging risks.

    • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership highlighting actionable insights.

    • Use data to inform strategy and improve program effectiveness.

  • Lead Ethics AmbassadorNetwork

    • Manage day-to-day operations of Terex's Ethics Ambassador network - an internal network of Team Members who have agreed to serve as local contact for E&C initiatives.

    • Provide EAs with resources, training, and guidance to champion compliance initiatives at the local level.

    • Foster engagement from EAs to strengthen the compliance program's reach and impact.

  • Communications Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement engaging campaigns to promote compliance awareness and ethical behavior.

    • Lead creation of electronic training program.

    • Create content for internal channels (email, intranet, social platforms) in alignment with E&C initiatives.

    • Partner with stakeholders to tailor communications for diverse audiences across all segments and functions around the world.

  • Supporting compliance functions as needed, such as by reviewing due diligence results, gifts and entertainment requests, or assisting with internal investigations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, corporate communications, or data analytics.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and digital content management systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across functions.

  • High integrity and commitment to ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ethics and compliance programs.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management.

  • Creative mindset for campaign design and digital engagement.

Salary Range:

  • The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. This is the US national average for this position. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
