Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: The Commercial Immigration Paralegal will serve as a key partner to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders by independently managing the company's immigration program and ensuring compliance across all work authorization processes. This role owns the full lifecycle of nonimmigrant and immigrant cases-including H1B, L1, O1, TN, E3, PERM, and green card filings-while maintaining accurate employee data, tracking critical deadlines, and coordinating closely with external counsel. The paralegal will also support managing LCA postings, public access files, and integrate immigration requirements into hiring, internal mobility, and payroll workflows. Hiring managers can expect a proactive, detaildriven partner who keeps cases on track, provides clear guidance to employees, and ensures auditready documentation. This role will also help strengthen the program by developing SOPs, identifying process improvements, and driving consistency and efficiency across the broader HR ecosystem. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
