About the position

As an Applications Solutions Analyst (GTM), you will support the administration and day-to-day operations of the Salesforce Platform and related Go-to-Market Applications. This role involves hands-on Salesforce configuration, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades, ensuring data integrity, managing deployments and security, providing end-user support, and maintaining documentation and governance in close collaboration with technical team members and business stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience who wants to deepen their skills across CRM, CPQ, and Go-To-Market Applications in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and ongoing operation of Go-To-Market Applications, including Salesforce CRM and related tools.
  • Contribute to CRM initiatives such as Sales Cloud enhancements, automations, and CPQ support.
  • Support and collaborate on integrations between Salesforce and other Go-To-Market applications, such as Hubspot and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
  • Work with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver enhancements.
  • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including:
    • Standard and custom objects.
    • Fields, page layouts, and record types.
    • Flows, validation rules, formulas, and approval processes.
  • Support Flow-based automations such as Screen Flows and Record-Triggered Flows.
  • Assist with basic CPQ configuration, including products, pricing, and Quote setup.
  • Maintain user access and security settings (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules).
  • Help ensure data integrity, documentation, and adherence to governance processes.
  • Participate in testing, deployments, and post-release support.
  • Actively pursue professional development and training in Salesforce and related Go-to-Market technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of standard and custom objects, validation rules, Process Builder and Flows (screen and record-triggered), and managed packages, including supporting and migrating automations from Process Builder to Flow.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery processes and tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results.
  • Highly organized with the ability to document technical systems with consistency.
  • Team player with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and resolve complex problems.

Bonus skills

  • Exposure to Marketing Automation applications (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) preferred.
  • Experience with a sales enablement tool (e.g. Highspot, Seismic, Gong.io) a plus.
  • Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management applications (e.g. Malbek, Conga, Agiloft) nice to have.
  • Experience with CPQ and Territory Management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data migration and ETL/integration tools is beneficial.
