The Opportunity

Ulteig is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Data Analytics Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Team. This role is a mid-level technical contributor responsible for designing scalable data models and enabling cross-product analytics.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis, Data Reporting, and Dashboards



  • Design and maintain normalized data structures for product reporting
  • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards (DAX, calculated tables, measures)
  • Integrate ADO, SharePoint, and Microsoft Insights data sources
  • Automate data pipelines where possible
  • Establish data quality monitoring standards
  • Partner with Product Managers to define KPIs and success metrics
  • Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Power Automate flows, integrating AI into data pipeline across platforms
  • Assist Project Managers and Product Managers in gathering data regarding products and services across initiatives within the digital transformation team
  • Assist in compiling presentations, visuals and metric for departmental level, leadership and board level meetings.
  • Assist in auditing data across products' usage, adoption and scalability across operating business.
  • Contributing and creating internal training.

What We Expect from You



  • Bachelor's degree in database design/management, computer science, information technology or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience or equivalent in data analytics implementation on complex projects.
  • 2 years of experience or equivalent in a leadership or mentorship role
  • Advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX proficiency)
  • Knowledge in Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
  • Experience integrating ADO via API or connectors
  • SharePoint data architecture experience
  • SQL or equivalent query language
  • Strong analytical storytelling
  • Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $ $76,800 - 103,900
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
