Training Requirements Coordination Specialist The Opportunity: As a Training Requirements Coordination Specialist, you'll provide full-time support for training and training assistance for HD, DSCA, and CRE to provide training development, planning and coordination, exercise control, exercise observations and evaluations, and support for After Action Review (AAR) assessment of HD, DSCA, and CRE exercises and related training events. On our team, you'll work with us to input exercise requirements associated with Army exercises or exercises supported by the Army into JTT and ARTIMS. You'll participate in all Army Synchronization and Resourcing Conference (ASRC) meetings and working groups. You'll coordinate for the input and development of critical fills memorandum in support of Army requirements for the ASRC. You'll assist in all coordination and planning activities associated with the ASRC. You'll coordinate with applicable action officers for inputs into the Collective Training Scheduling Workshop (CTSW), and assist in providing required documents and information from JTT for the Training Synchronization and Scheduling Conference (TSSC). You'll participate in the Army-wide exercise working group, assist in providing required inputs into the Exercise Priority Process (EPP), and participate in an Army Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) meeting. You'll also be expected to input and assist in managing Army requirements and data in the Army Synchronization Tool (AST) and Army Unit Calendar (AUC), enter required data into the Mission Training Assessment (MTA) and Proficiency Training Assessment (TPA) tabs in JTT, and develop the daily Task Management Tool (TMT) tracking document. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
