Description and Requirements

We are hiring a Program Manager Intern to join the Business Operations and Management Systems team. This role is based in Morrisville, NC and requires three days onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating program activities across multiple projects and teams
  • Track program milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations
  • Support meeting preparation, documentation, and followup on action items
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to redesign Workstream pages (6 total), ensuring content accuracy and clarity
  • Create and launch new internal pages for the PMO and Accelerated Sprints (2 total)
  • Brainstorm and design page layouts to improve usability and information flow
  • Add and maintain approved content aligned with PMO standards and branding
  • Build and organize toolbars or navigation elements to improve information accessibility
  • Propose and implement engagement ideas to increase traffic and adoption of PMO sites
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and document best practices
  • Maintain program and PMO documentation in collaboration and project management tools

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail with a structured, analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or prior exposure to project or program management
