The Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience (IBB) is seeking a Program Support Coordinator for the NSF Engineering Research Center for Cell Manufacturing Technologies (CMaT - https://cellmanufacturingusa.org/). This role will provide promotional and administrative services in support of assigned program(s) within a research center, academic unit, or other campus units of a school. These functions may encompass a variety of activities related to program success including coordination of various programs within the unit. This position will interact on a consistent basis with research, academic and administrative management and staff with a school or center and across campus, and vendors. CMaT is in Georgia Tech's thriving Biotechnology Complex was launched in 1995 and has since grown to include 270+ faculty. IBB serves to catalyze new research and education initiatives at the interface of bioengineering and bioscience and integrate the broad range of bio-related activities throughout Georgia Tech and its partner institutions. Job Summary
Provide professional services in support of unit management in field as specified in the particular job posting. Focus will be in a professional field such as Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, Academic Administration, Event Management, Procurement, etc. Specific duties will be determined based on assignment and unit needs.
