Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume scheduling will directly contribute to bringing top talent into the organization, making a tangible impact on the growth and success of various teams.

**Responsibilities:**

* Ensure a positive candidate experience by expertly scheduling high-volume interviews for internal and external candidates, aligning with hiring teams' calendars.

* Act as a welcoming first point of contact, greeting guests and new hires with professionalism and warmth.

* Proactively monitor and manage various shared email inboxes, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

* Collaborate with administrative assistants to coordinate interview availability for manager-level roles.

* Provide essential support across a range of Talent Acquisition initiatives, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

**Qualifications:**

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum of one year of related work experience.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of fostering positive interactions.

* Comfortable in a routine-oriented role while also adaptable to change and ambiguity.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A college degree is preferred.

* Two years of experience in a customer service or talent acquisition environment.

* Proven ability to thrive in an environment characterized by high volume, ambiguity, and change.

* Strong self-organization skills, capable of managing workload independently.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19 to $21. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
