Location Riverside, CA

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | Flexible Start Time Between 6 AM - 8 AM (8-hour shift)

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of mechanical drafting or CAD design experience in an engineering environment
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and experience creating 3D assemblies and 2D drawings
• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD
• Familiarity with PLM, PDM, or document control systems
• Background supporting manufacturing processes such as casting or injection molding

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain parametric 3D models, assemblies, and layouts using SolidWorks
• Generate 2D production drawings, exploded views, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers to support new product development and design improvements
• Apply ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards to production drawings and documentation
• Support engineering change processes, design revisions, and document control
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturability and cost efficiency
• Prepare technical illustrations and visual aids for documentation and manuals
• Perform basic design support tasks such as fit checks, preliminary calculations, and material selection assistance
