What It Takes to Drive Forks For Us:

• Keep It Moving: 6 months of forklift operating experience.
• Stay Sharp: Read work orders, scan, and label like a pro.
• Show Up: Reliable, on time, ready every shift.
• Play It Safe: Check your lift, follow the rules.
• Physical Abilities: Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to50 lbs. (items over 50 lbs. will be team lifted)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, pick, stage, and transport flooring materials such as carpet rolls, wood flooring, and pallets of tile
• Unload incoming shipments and verify product accuracy
• Load trailers with product for delivery
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with moving product manually and support team lifts when materials exceed 50 lbs.
• Help stage and prepare materials for shipment or storage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory handling and product disposal as needed
