Image Data Entry Operator II

SUMMARY

Run personal computers for purposes of item processing and ensure adherence to operations, schedule and processing requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
• Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
• Comply with all Regulatory, Audit and Bank requirements
• Working knowledge of Check Processing; High Speed, Reject processing, Balancing
• Runs appropriate computer programs.
• Operates printers in conjunction with Image activities
• Ensures that all work is balanced within established deadlines; researching out of balance conditions in a timely manner
• Communicates with Business Financial Centers via phone and email
• Other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL GUIDE FOR IMAGE DATA ENTRY OPERATOR:

Operator II (Grade 7)

This is an intermediate position. The incumbent will possess a working knowledge of the Level I areas. Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently. Ability to communicate effectively with technical support via telephone support. May back up other positions or perform other duties as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with one or more years of related banking experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as basic system reports and statements, equipment operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals. Ability to read and interpret information on the system and to effectively present information in one-on-one-and small group situations to other associates or customers of the Bank.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using a PC or calculator.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and telephone. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.

Salary Range:$20.00 To 23.00 Hourly

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
