The Senior Supply Chain Analyst position plays a key role in the success of Regal Rexnord's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) for the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) segment ($2.7B). The position is responsible for developing analytics solutions for Supply Chain and Operations focused on SIOP. Responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and validating user requirements, applications, and processes in addition to creating the solutions in Snowflake and Power BI. This will be accomplished by working with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify and action opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business improvements and achieve a best in class Supply Chain.

Lead data driven initiatives in Supply Chain applications implementations, design, development, and support for data model building across key IPS SIOP Analytics such as forecast accuracy metrics, inventory analytics, and other cross functional requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational problems and implement analytics solutions that enable business improvements through modeling, analytical reviews, data mining and other analytical methods.

  • Design and measure new analysis/reporting processes. Own back-end and front-end of Power BI Dashboards.

  • Lead and manage the design, development, testing, implementation and support of Snowflake driven Power BI reports for Supply Chain. Focus on topics such as on time performance to customers, production attainment, past due reporting, and forecast accuracy.

  • Subject matter expert and liaison for cross functional efforts. Assist with design and development of value added operational reporting and analysis across all Supply Chain.

  • Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources. Analyzes, reconciles and identifies measurable opportunities for improvement. Identifies and implements audit processes to ensure data issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.

  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business, or Engineering. MBA a plus.

  • Minimum 7 years of proven, progressive supply chain and analytics experience.

  • MRP Knowledge (SAP and Oracle preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills - Database Structures, Power BI, Snowflake SQL.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices, S&OP, Master Scheduling, Inventory / Warehouse Optimization, Demand Planning.

  • Extensive knowledge of Operational/Supply Chain metrics reporting and analytical tools / analysis.

  • Ability to lead through influence.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to navigate, influence, and negotiate matrix reporting relationships.

  • Comfort with working with several cultures / nationalities and managing teams across several time zones globally.

  • Familiar with a variety of the manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems and convert data into actionable solutions. Detail oriented and accurate.

  • Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans and business results.

  • Software Skills: Snowflake, Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Power BI + Excel), SharePoint, SAP or other ERP system.

  • Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement.

  • Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

  • Potential for some travel to headquarters/manufacturing plants if needed for key initiatives.
