Procore is looking for a Director or Sr Director, People Partner to serve as a strategic partner and collaborator for our G&A functions, specifically Finance, Human Resources, and Legal. This isn't just an advisory role; it's for a leader who treats our business like their own. You will work directly with the CFO, CLO, and CPO to ensure their organizations have the talent, structure, and internal health necessary to support Procore's long-term goals. The Sr Director, People Partner reports to the VP of People Partners and Insights, focusing on using clear logic and data to drive how we develop, organize, and retain our people. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range: 220,000.00 - 302,500.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
