Position Summary We are seeking candidates who are passionate about supporting Army training. The Digital Master Gunner (DMG) provides critical technical, analytical, and operational support to the U.S. Army Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) in the execution of Warfighter Exercises (WFXs) and Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRXs). The Operations Group improves unit readiness and combat effectiveness through doctrinally sound observation, coaching, and training during large-scale combat operation (LSCO) exercises. The DMG enables the Operations Group to effectively portray and control simulated maneuver forces through Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS), ensuring seamless digital representation and realistic integration between MCC-controlled forces, higher headquarters, and competitive commands.
