Electrical Utility Maintenance Tech-AT

NRI Staffing Resources is looking for a skilled Utility Maintenance Technician with Electrical experience to support a property management client in Washington, DC. This position plays a key role in ensuring the safety, appearance, and proper functioning of the property's exterior and common areas, while providing exceptional service to residents and the management team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and strong expertise in both electrical systems and general maintenance.

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-kept property grounds

• Perform landscaping tasks including trimming hedges, gardening, and watering new plantings

• Maintain exterior lighting and hose bibs

• Clear leaves and debris from walkways and common areas

• Perform snow removal when necessary

• Manage curbside debris and trash removal

• Service pet stations and remove waste three times per week

• Remove and properly dispose of trash and debris

• Restock dog waste stations

• Perform general exterior repairs and upkeep

• Maintain landscaping equipment and service vehicles

• Replace exterior light bulbs

• Perform minor plumbing repairs

• Conduct basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting

• Assist with general property repairs and installations

• Respond to resident questions and maintenance concerns professionally and respectfully

• Build positive working relationships with residents, vendors, and property management

• Maintain clear communication with the maintenance supervisor and management team

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce future repair needs

• Maintain pet stations, dispensers, and trash receptacles

• Assist with routine inspections and upkeep of exterior property elements
