Join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator at Stella and Elisabetta Apartments!

Stella and Elisabetta Apartments are vibrant affordable housing communities in the Globeville district of Denver where connection, support, and opportunity matter. We're looking for a Resident Services Coordinator who is passionate about helping residents thrive. In this role, you'll build strong relationships, connect residents with valuable resources, and lead engaging programs that strengthen community, promote stability, and enhance overall well-being.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with residents, community partners, and service agencies to connect residents with valuable resources and support.

  • Coordinate and host resident programming, workshops, and events that promote housing stability, skill development, and community engagement.

  • Provide one-on-one support to residents, helping them access benefits, services, and community resources.

  • Create monthly newsletters, event calendars, and communication materials to keep residents informed and engaged.

  • Identify resident needs through conversations, surveys, and community interaction to guide programming and services.

  • Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns and support a positive living environment.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with resident services requirements and reporting.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in social services, case management, behavioral health, nonprofit work, or a related field.

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with residents from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience coordinating programs, workshops, or community events is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for community outreach and resident support.

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm; with occasional weekend events

  • Outgoing, personable, and community-focused approach to resident engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary starting at $60,000 - $65,000 annually

  • Quarterly bonus opportunities!

  • Fully on-site role supporting residents at both Stella and Elisabetta communities.
