Your Opportunity:

TechSource is hiring a full-time Program Analyst to support the Enriched Uranium Modernization Program and its nuclear deterrence mission with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Defense Programs' Strategic Materials Production Modernization Program Office (NA-192). Working with a motivated, knowledgeable, and supportive team, you'll collaborate with the federal program manager and, as a programmatic liaison, with program managers at the national security laboratories and nuclear weapon production facilities who are engaged in managing technical work to modernize our nuclear weapon stockpile. You'll work a hybrid schedule with onsite work at Department of Energy's (DOE) Forrestal building in downtown DC and perform some remote work.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Support the program's efforts in maintaining the inventory of the U.S. supply of Enriched Uranium and ensuring the success of the DOE/NNSA mission across the Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE).

* Lead development and management of modernization efforts for future Enriched Uranium manufacturing facilities.

* Serve as the point of contact for weapons interface on behalf of the program, including attending and representing at Integrated Project Team meetings for W87-1 and W93.

* Coordinate with other NNSA offices on the Operational Release Plan for the Uranium Processing Facility.

* Assist in managing the material storage workstream, which includes material streams in the broader NA-192 portfolio.

* Lead new contracting efforts with industry partners, e.g., a scrap recovery campaign.

* Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance.

* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, international relations, public policy, or related field.

* 7 or more years of federal government project management experience.

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

* Keen organizational, detail-orientation, and administrative skills.

* DOE/NNSA experience preferred.
