Facilities Maintenance Scheduler

• Schedule and assign resources for Preventative/Reactive Maintenance, ensuring completion and PM execution audits
• Interface with leadership to communicate PM/work order status, prioritize repairs, and collaborate with Maintenance Planner
• Manage planned downtime activities, prioritize labor/resources, and schedule work orders for skilled trades
• Use CMMS, inventory, and issue tracking systems to optimize maintenance workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve maintenance issues, improve reliability, and minimize equipment downtime
• Recommend countermeasures to prevent recurring problems and support data-driven reliability projects
• Ensure safety compliance (LOTO, Arc Flash), conduct inspections, and foster a collaborative work environment

• Prior maintenance scheduling experience and willingness to work shifts/overtime
• Advanced electrical/mechanical expertise (high voltage systems, mechanical equipment)
• Proficiency in CMMS/GCS and workplace software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical/plumbing systems
• Strong time management, prioritization, leadership, and communication skills in fast-paced settings
• Adaptability to changing schedules, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work with minimal guidance
• Basic tool proficiency (hand/powered tools) and commitment to safety protocols
