What You'll Do:

  • Chart of Accounts Maintenance. Process COA template requests with high accuracy and time sensitivity. Review all requests for consistency to prevent downstream reporting errors. Maintain mapping documents & procedures. Coordinate validation requests with the COA Committee and execute approved updates.
  • System Management. Schedule and monitor recurring system jobs within Oracle and Blackline (e.g., interfaces, posting cycles, and data refreshes). Proactively troubleshoot and escalate job failures to minimize system downtime.
  • Administration. Administer the Finance library within PolicyTech, ensuring all procedures and mapping documents are current and accessible.
  • Maintain Security. Manage user access requests for Blackline and Lucernex, verifying approvals and maintaining records of all permissions granted.
  • Additional Responsibilities. Execute additional administrative duties as assigned to support the broader Finance system team's objectives.
Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

  • Education. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Experience. Prior experience with Oracle ERP is preferred. Experience in system administration or financial systems support is a plus.
  • Accounting Skills. General understanding of accounting principles, including internal controls.
  • Interpersonal Skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to question inconsistencies and prioritize the integrity of the data.
  • Organizational Skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle time-sensitive tasks to effectively prioritize responsibilities.
