Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Austin, TX 78723 Job Type: Contract 4 weeks Job Mode: On-Site Pay rate: $17.50.00/hour on w2 without benefits Shift hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 05:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting,. The ideal candidate will ensure facility operates efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Role & Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical, electrical, and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs. Install, repair, and maintain equipment, fixtures, and building systems. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory standards. Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance activities. Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts. Assist with facility improvements, equipment upgrades, and special maintenance projects.
