Location: Cincinnati, OH Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30 PM/10-hour shifts Pay: $22-$25 per hour + overtime available Harmon is looking for hands-on Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help fabricate curtainwall components used in commercial buildings across the country while working alongside a skilled team in a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and keeping production moving, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do * Support daily production on the manufacturing line to keep output running efficiently * Work in multiple areas of the fabrication process including assembly and glazing operations * Read and follow shop drawings and blueprints * Inspect parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy * Follow project-specific production and quality procedures * Share best practices and assist teammates when needed What We're Looking For * 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, production, or assembly * Ability to read shop drawings or blueprints * Basic math and computer skills * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Physical Requirements * Ability to walk, bend, twist, and climb occasionally * Lift, push, and pull 30-60 lbs * Work safely while meeting production schedules Why Join Harmon * 4-day work week * Overtime opportunities * Stable, full-time employment * Opportunity to grow your manufacturing career * Work with a team that takes pride in building high-quality architectural systems Our Benefits We care about and invest in our employees.
